GDPN FEDERAL LAWMAKER HOPEFUL,Chief(Mrs) IRENE OSOBASE  MOURNS THE DEMISE OF CHIEF ANENIH, NIGERIA'S FOREMOST ELDER  STATEMAN AND POLITICAL ICON

Member House of Representatives(Hopeful) & GDPN Frontline candidate for the Esan South-East/Esan North-East Federal Constituency,Mrs IRENE OSOBASE has described the death of Nigeria's foremost elder stateman, political strategist and PDP founding father High Chief (Dr.)
Anthony Akhakon Anenih (CFR) as a great loss to the nation.

In statement released by the Frontline candidate ,she opined thus-
''Our consolation has been the sacrificial life you lived not only for us, your family, relatives and friends, but virtually everyone you had the opportunity of being with,” She stated.
Talk of a man of the people who was accommodating to all he could provide for in any way he could. Not only did he take adequate care of his nuclear and extended family, beneficiaries of his benevolence are too numerous to recount.

Chief Tony Anenihs generosity was not due to any wealth that could be ascribed to him, but his willingness to help as many people as possible.
“He doesn’t have more than one house, but he has helped many who have built mansions. That is the kind of person my brother is,” Mrs Irene Osobase said.
“We are grateful and proud of you being a father like no other. Your commitment particularly to our education remains a legacy we will always cherish,” She  added.

“We will miss you in too many ways we can express. We will miss your calls, advice, suggestions, encouragement and many more.
“We love you but God loves you more. Sleep well our dear father, sleep well OWANLEN''.

WHILE Speaking to PATROITIC NEWS REPORTERS,Mrs Irene Osobase had this to say-
Our Father was a HIGH Chief who didn't need much description,he will be remembered for his great patrotism, dynamism, political wizardry, uncommon intellect,  and insight into national issues. He will be dearly missed by all of us". She said.

He prayed God to grant the family of the late Iyasele of Esan Land and the entire people of Edo State the fortitude to bear the irreparable and irreplaceable loss.
